 The RJAM Star Production’s purposes are: 

1.  Build and support the communities to bring unity and greater success
2. Develop family-oriented cultural activities and events to transform communities
3. Promote education focusing on history, language, music, dance, and food
4. Develop, promote, and support local and international talents and shows
5. Partner with non-profit and for-profit organizations on social justice, racial, equity, diversity, inclusion, and providing access to resources.
6. Provide assistance to promote both local and international businesses
7. Form focus groups for the improvement and growth of the communities
